I’m a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) with a master’s of science in nutrition (MSN). I specialize in women’s health, with emphasis on preconception counseling, integrative fertility, and perimenopause. I own and practice at Floryn Health in Portland, Oregon, as well as do virtual consults.
After graduation, I completed a competitive one-year integrative women’s health care residency. In 2018, I focused my practice on my passion for preconception care and integrative fertility. I completed advanced training for infertility and joined an integrative fertility practice in NE Portland. I also started an online practice called Tiny Feet, that specializes in preconception care and infertility. My business partner, Kristin, and I co-created an online preconception care couple’s assessment (over 100 questions with customized recommendations), a 5-module fertility enhancement course, and launched a podcast called, “Mastering Your Fertility”.
In 2019, I joined Synergy Women’s Health Care as a full-time physician. I’ve completed advanced training in hormone management to prevent chronic illness and disease, natural adjunctive therapies to support this transition, and bio identical hormone replacement therapy (bHRT).
In May of 2022, I founded Floryn Health, a micro-clinic focused on our passion for helping women and couples flourish in health and life.
On a personal note, I grew up in Utah and moved to Oregon in 2008. I love to bike, walk and listen to mystery novels, and swim/bask in the sun. I have two amazing little girls. I’m a must-have-1-cup-of-coffee and listen-to-music-to-get-going type of morning person.
