What is Functional & Naturopathic Medicine?
Deeper Dive
In fertility medicine, a blend of holistic approaches targets the underlying causes of reproductive health issues. Identifying the root cause is crucial, as it is the initial factor triggering the cascade of symptoms affecting fertility.
The tools used in this field often encompass specialized fertility assessments, nutritional analysis, herbal therapies, dietary adjustments, and lifestyle changes such as exercise and stress management.
An integrative approach to fertility does not simply involve prescribing numerous supplements or medications. Instead, it demands a thoughtful exploration of individual health data and a committed, long-term strategy to restore and enhance reproductive wellness.
