I’m passionate about supporting women through their health and fertility challenges because I've walked a similar path. My journey began in my late teens when I lost one ovary to torsion due to a cyst. This early health scare in my life ignited my interest in preserving my fertility through lifestyle and nutrition.

However, a severe kidney infection led to recurrent health issues, like urinary tract infections and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), which traditional medicine struggled to resolve. This experience led me to the holistic approach of naturopathic medicine, which considers the entire person in treatment and emphasizes gentle, natural therapies like nutrition and herbal remedies.

Through naturopathic medicine, I found relief from my chronic symptoms and was inspired to pursue a career as a naturopathic doctor. My education opened my eyes to how I can dive deeper into evaluating my health, and through comprehensive testing I found I had two MTHFR gene mutations and Hashimoto’s autoimmune condition.

While completing medical school and starting a new career, I battled recurring gut issues and later discovered the impact of my long-term breast implants on my well-being, leading to implant removal in 2019. It's been a wild ride to get to where I'm at today! 

I’m so grateful I was able to conceive and now I'm raising two wonderful daughters that drive me to help others experience the same joy.

Each challenge, from managing chronic conditions like SIBO to addressing new issues like TMJ dysfunction, has deepened my understanding and empathy for the patients I serve.
