Feeling lost or frustrated, and wanting to understand the true root cause of your symptoms
Seeking answers for how to finally recover your health and feel human again
Ready to make real changes so you can conceive your baby

My primary goal is investigate root cause, improve the health of mom and dad, and thus egg and sperm quality, which will lead to improved fertility, so you can get pregnant and have a healthy baby.
And let’s be real, IVF is expensive and invasive! So if it’s the route you’re taking, I will give you everything I got to give you the best odds of conceiving.
You are an ideal patient if…
Seeking preconception care
Scheduled for IVF
FSH is elevated and/or you have low AMH
Over 35 trying for over 6 months
Under 35 trying for over 1 year
Dealing with PCOS or endometriois
Periods are irregular or you don’t have one
Partner came back with abnormal sperm testing
Good gut function is the foundation of our health. When the gut is out of balance, many downstream symptoms can occur, such as headaches, skin conditions, brain fog and so much more. Poor function can easily lead to nutrient deficiencies, immune dysfunction, hormone imbalance, and poor detoxification.
If you are…
Experiencing digestive complaints and have not been able to get to the root cause
Sick of trying different diets, because they aren’t helping you lose the weight or feel like want to feel
Feeling fatigued, achy, and generally unwell
Ready to make changes to your routine and lifestyle to get the results you desire
Feeling discouraged with conventional medicine and ready to explore other options
Then I can help you.
I use functional testing to get to the root of your symptoms and create an individualized treatment plan. Each person is unique and deserves to be treated that way.
You will benefit from working with me if...
You have indigestion, bloating, abdominal pain, or abnormal bowel movements
You think you have or know you have SIBO and/or IBS
You have a condition that increases inflammation: autoimmune, allergies, IBD, etc.
You have increase stress due to job, family, etc.
You are exposed to environmental toxins daily (work with paint, cleaners, fertilizers, etc.)
Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
Hormone therapy is not a one-size fits all treatment. You are unique and so should your treatment. I use special functional lab testing to see exactly what is happening — all hormones from estradiol to DHEA, hormone metabolites, methylation pathways, and cortisol balance.
Testing helps me formulate an individualized plan that specific to your needs. This may mean you need a estradiol patch over an oral medication, or progesterone cream vs a capsule. It may also mean you will do better with a bit of DHEA or testosterone. It may also tell me you don’t even need hormones.
If you are…
Ready to take back your health and feel better than you have in a long time
Interested to know what other hormonal options are available to you
Wanting an individualized treatment plan, based on state-of-the-art lab testing
Considering your long-term health and want to focus on prevention
Not sure what you should do for treatment and want a second opinion
Looking for the least invasive therapy for the maximum benefit
Then I can help you.
You will benefit from working with me if…
You have been diagnosed with premature ovarian failure
You are over the age of 40 and experiencing peri-menopausal symptoms
You are having abnormal periods — heavy, painful, spotting between, short cycles, absent cycles
You are already on HRT, but are looking for other options or better management
What to Expect
When you book your appointment with me at:
Preparing for your first visit:
Once you have scheduled a new patient appointment, you’ll be asked to fill out new patient intake online and asked to join the patient portal. To make our experience the most productive, it helps to have the forms completed in advance.
The whole process is quite simple.
Clear your calendar for at least 15 minutes, grab a freshly brewed cup of tea or coffee, and answer the intake questions with as much detail as you can muster. The more I know about you before I meet you, the more we can accomplish in our very first visit together!
The First Visit:
I reserve 45 minutes for our first visit. You’ll have my undivided attention. During this time, I will be getting to know you and your story. We’ll find clarity on where you’ve been and where we’re taking you. I want you to leave feeling heard and knowing exactly what your next steps are.
In this first visit, I’ll be using my detective skills to hone in on an individualized treatment plan for you. I’ll implement nutritional and lifestyle strategies as well as order specific labs* and/or imaging that will help with your treatment plan. This will often include ordering standard labs and specialty tests such as hormone analysis, food sensitivity, stool tests or heavy metal testing.
*LABRATORY TESTING: I believe in using the best diagnostic tools. I run as many tests as possible through your health insurance (if you have it). However, specialty lab testing (like food sensitivities) often doesn’t accept insurance. I provide these for you at direct lab costs, with no additional mark up.
I’ll see you for your second visit once your labs are in, typically 2-4 weeks. We will go over the labs together and rework the treatment plan.
The goal of the second visit is to further clarify your goals based on lab results, add any recommended additional supplementation,* and have you leave with a clear idea of what to expect until the next time I see you.
We’ll check in after the second visit as needed, depending on your individual needs.
*NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS: I use herbal and/or nutritional supplements in my individualized protocols. As with lab tests, I prescribe what I think you need, not what I want to sell. You’ll get 15% off all supplements in my online supplement store FullScript. You’re always welcome to shop elsewhere for your supplements if you prefer.

Follow Up Visit $140 - $232

Labs, Supplements, Etc
Fees for laboratory testing are not included in the cost of office visits. Conventional tests may be covered by your insurance provider, although cannot guarantee coverage. Lab pricing and insurance reimbursement depend on the specific test and laboratory used.
If you don’t have insurance and will be paying cash prices, I contract with discount labs and can provide transparent pricing.
*Specialty labs often require a down payment or full payment prior to running your test. For example: food intolerance testing is $159 out of pocket to screen for 90 food intolerances. The company used for this testing does not bill insurance, but they’ll send you a superbill for insurance reimbursement if you request one.
Private insurance benefits typically cover the cost of prescription medications. Compounded medications may not be covered. Contact your insurance carrier for details.
Supplements & Natural Medicines
The cost of supplements vary and typically range from $40-100 per month. You will enjoy a generous discount on professional-line products, with easy online ordering and free shipping on orders of $49 or more. Shop supplements here.
+ Will you accept my health insurance?
I'm currently in-network with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield and United Healthcare. I'm in the process of credentialing with Providence, Cigna, Aetna, and Pacific Source. This means you can still see me as a provider, but insurance coverage is not guarenteed. I'll courtesy bill your insurance, but if the visit is declined, you'll be responsible.
I'm an out-of-network provider with MODA, Kaiser (CHP), CareOregon, Meridian, and Peace Health. If you're unsure, it's always advised you check your coverage before our initial appointment. To save you time, if you have Medicaid or Tri-Care, they don't reimburse for out-of-network providers.
When ordering labs, most health insurance plans will cover basic blood or urine tests in part or full. To know for sure, call your insurance provider and ask about lab benefits, including meeting required deductibles.
+ Can I use my HSA or FSA account for out-of-pocket costs?
Yes you can! You can pay for your visits, labs tests, and supplements with your HSA/FSA card. I can provide you with a medical necessity form if needed.
+ Do you prescribe pharmaceuticals?
Yes. My primary goal is to address nutrition and lifestyle to limit the need to prescribe. However, in certain instances, a prescription is the best medicine. For example, if a patient of mine is trying to get pregnant and we discover she has autoimmune thyroid, a thyroid hormone prescription is likely going to be the most helpful.
However, I do not take the place of your primary care provider. If you are already on medication, the ongoing management of that medication is the responsibility of the prescribing physician.
+ What are your credentials?
I graduated from a four-year, accredited medical school. This means I finished a Bachelor’s of Science first, then go to medical school. Once I finished medical school, I was required to complete a rigorous national board examination (NPLEX) to become licensed as a practicing physician (ND) in the state of Oregon. NDs complete an average of 224.50 credit hours in basic clinical sciences, 72 pharmacology hours, 250 hours of field observations, 84 weeks of clinical rotations etc. These hours are comparable to MDs and DOs.
During this time, I also completed additional coursework in the Master’s of Nutrition program and earned that degree with my doctorate.
In addition, I was selected for a competitive residency position under the supervision of Dr. Misty White. I completed a one-year residency in primary care.
Each year, NDs are required to complete 32 continuing education hours to continue renewing their license.
+ If I already decided to do IVF treatment, can I still work with you?
Yes! In fact, I recommend it. There is a lot we can do to increase your chances of becoming pregnant and staying pregnant on the first try.
+ I just found out I’m pregnant, when should I schedule a visit with you?
As soon as possible! The first few weeks of pregnancy is an important time to find out lab values such as thyroid hormone, vitamin D and iron. We will get you on optimal supplementation right from the beginning!
The first trimester can be especially challenging physically. I work with you to find solutions that will help you function and even thrive through those first 12 weeks. Keep in mind I do not take place of a regular prenatal appointment with a midwife or ObGyn.
